MSEDCL Sets Guinness World Record; C.R.I. Solar Proudly Contributes to the Historic Feat

 In a landmark triumph for India’s renewable-energy landscape, the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) has secured a Guinness World Record by installing an unprecedented 45,911 solar pumping systems within just one month. This exceptional milestone stands as a testament to MSEDCL’s visionary leadership, strong execution capabilities, and unwavering commitment to empowering India’s farming communities.

 

C.R.I. Pumps’ Solar Division is proud to have been one of the key contributors to this transformative solar initiative. By installing solar pumps in 1,686 villages across Maharashtra, C.R.I. Solar empowered thousands of farmers with sustainable water solutions. Each installation was carried out with exceptional precision, disciplined execution, and coordinated teamwork—reflecting C.R.I.’s hallmark strengths.

 

This milestone aligns seamlessly with C.R.I.’s broader mission of driving India’s clean-energy evolution. The company has already commissioned over 2,10,000 IoT-enabled solar pumping systems and deployed more than 3.04 million BEE star-rated, energy-efficient pumps nationwide. Collectively, C.R.I.’s initiatives have helped India save 7,600 million kWh of energy and avoid 6 million tons of CO₂ emissions. These interventions continue to uplift communities by delivering intelligent, sustainable, and long-lasting pumping solutions.
