Swachhta Pakhwada Program at Rural Police Office


 


Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., (HPCL) conducted Swachhta Pakhwada Program at Visakha District Police Office (Rural) today (13.07.2021) as part of the on-going Swachhta Fortnight observed by the Oil PSU. The program was graced by Shri B.Krishna Rao, IPS, Supdt of Police Visakha District Pollice, Shri S.Appalanaidu, DSP, Special branch, and Shri N.Sanyasinaidu, CI, Special branch. Shri K Nagesh, General Manager I/c Human Resources, HPCL Visakhapatnam and other officers from HPCL participated in the program.

 

On this occasion, the Supdt. of Police administered ‘Swachhta Pledge’ to all his officers and staff. He also inaugurated a ‘Selfie-Kiosk’ endorsing his support for the Swachh Bharat Initiative and eliciting support of all the District Police officials through a SMS campaign. Speaking on the occasion Shri Krishna Rao appreciated the efforts of corporates like HPCL who are in the forefront in taking forward these kind of initiatives.  

 

Shri K Nagesh, General Manager-HR HPCL also spoke on the occasion and thanked the Rural Police for participating in the program and pledging their support for Swachta Pakhwada. During the occasion HPCL distributed covid-preventive personal protective equipment (Face Shields) to the Rural Police.
